Pea flour is produced from yellow peas by grinding them.
The use of pea flour is really diverse:
- Add them in a ratio of 1:2 with wheat flour for pancakes, pies, cookies and other doughs. This will give you more varied flavors and a healthier, protein-rich meal.
- In breading – coat fish, chops or vegetables in pea flour and replace breadcrumbs with a healthier product. Pea flour will give the product a golden, appetizing appearance!
